Bing + Yahoo deal is on track to the finish line in the first quarter of 2010

While Bing’s boss Mr. Ballmer was concerned with the EU approval few weeks ago, Yahoo CEO Carol Bartz told a group of foreign press in Singapore on Tuesday (Nov 10) that the Bing + Yahoo deal is on the right track and should get America’s Justice Department approval sometime in the first quarter of 2010.
