Bing at par

Bing market share was at par in October 2009, as reported by StatCounter. As per the latest data by StatCounter, Bing captured about 8.86% of America search market share in October, compared to September at 8.51% (an increase of 0.35%) Google also saw its America search market share increased slightly to 80.39%, compared to September at 80.08% (an increase of 0.31%). When it compared the traffic data to one year ago, Bing (formerly LiveSearch) held only about 5.23% of America search market share in October 2008 (an increase of 3.63%).
